By accessing or using the Farasjo platform at farasjo.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and stable owners who access or use the platform.

Farasjo is a discovery and information platform for equestrian stables, horse breeds, articles, and the horse marketplace in Jordan. The platform is intended for personal, non-commercial discovery and educational use, unless you are a registered stable owner using the dashboard to manage your listing.

You must be at least 16 years of age to register an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

• Account registration and authentication is handled via Clerk Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow another person to access the platform using your account.
• Farasjo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, contains inaccurate information, or engages in prohibited conduct.
• You may delete your account at any time via the dashboard settings. Account deletion triggers our data retention process described in the Privacy Policy.

Stable owners who list their facilities on Farasjo agree to the following obligations:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about their establishment, including services, pricing, location, and operating hours.
• Not misrepresent the nature, quality, or availability of any service offered.
• Respond to legitimate user inquiries in a timely and good-faith manner.
• Ensure listed content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Comply with all applicable Jordanian laws, regulations, and licensing requirements relevant to the operation of an equestrian facility.
• Promptly update or remove listings that are no longer accurate or active.

When using Farasjo, you may not:

• Scrape, crawl, spider, or harvest any data from the platform without prior written permission from Farasjo.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent reviews, ratings, or listings.
• Impersonate any person, stable, organisation, or Farasjo staff.
• Use the platform to distribute spam, unsolicited messages, or malicious software.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to platform systems, servers, or databases.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the platform.
• Use automated means to create accounts or submit content in bulk.

The Farasjo name, wordmark, logo, platform design, code, editorial content, and heritage materials are the intellectual property of Farasjo, protected under Jordanian copyright and trademark law.

User-generated content — including reviews, inquiries, and profile information — remains your property. By submitting content to the platform, you grant Farasjo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and use that content on the platform and in promotional materials.

Historical and editorial content published on the platform is copyright Farasjo unless otherwise attributed. You may quote brief excerpts for non-commercial educational purposes with proper attribution to Farasjo.

Farasjo provides an index and discovery service. We do not operate any stable listed on the platform and are not responsible for the quality, safety, accuracy, or legality of any listed establishment or service.

Users engage with listed stables entirely at their own discretion and risk. Farasjo strongly encourages users to independently verify information before visiting a stable or making any booking arrangement.

The equestrian heritage and educational content published on the platform is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional veterinary, legal, or financial advice.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the platform, or your use thereof shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Amman, Jordan.

Farasjo reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
